Bike Rack
The Bike Rack is an established bicycles shop having been in business since 1983. The experienced personel can help guide your in choosing the right bike for you. We're small enough to give personalized service, but large enough to carry something for everyone, our cycling inventory consists of everything from tricycles to triathlon and everything in between. There is a large selection of bikes, but if we don't have what you're looking for in stock we will have you test ride something similar and order it from one of the many companies we do business with. Rest assured, we will make sure you are properly fit to your bike, cycling should be a pleasurable experience, not painful! The shop also carries clothing, shoes, sunglasses, and accessories. There are car rack systems, winter training equipment, light systems so you can be seen and so you can see and cycling computers available too. Helmets are an important accessory and shouldn't be overlooked; our inventory consists of BMX, mountain bike, road racer, casual cyclist and of course, the little ones in your family. Our full service workshop does tune-ups, repairs, etc. and custom wheel building, along with a large selection of BMX, road, mountain and hybrid tires. All of this is backed by over twenty years of mechanical experience. The turn around time for general repairs is normally 48 hours or less. We're easy on and off Rt. 8, 1059 Huntingdon Ave, Waterbury, CT about one quarter mile from the exit.
