Bob's Place has been in business since 1986. With over 20 years of experience we have helped a lot of fishermen and women catch fish.
Bob's Place was started in 1986 by a retired Army drill sargent. After 20+ years serving our country all over the world, Robert "Bob" Lemoine settled back down in Northeast Connecticut. This is where he grew up and he always had a desire to return to this great area. With a passion for the outdoors, Bob opened Bob's Place.
It started out simple enough! Selling only night crawlers, that he dug himself, and some other very basic fishing items. However, as the only place for local fishermen to get their supplies, the demand grew and so Bob's Place had to grow with it. Enter Tony Pezzano!
Tony was called upon to grow Bob's Place and ensure that customers of all caliber had the items they needed. With a love for fishing and an entrepreneurial spirit, Bob's Place took off and it has grown every year since.
